Felix is a passionate beverage professional with over a decade of experience in the drinks industry. He focuses on delivering a creative and fulfilling experience to patrons while also ensuring that his programs are successful. Honored by the opportunity of being both a wine and cocktail professional, Felix is able to bridge the gap between the two worlds of wine and spirits and has a talent for making technical knowledge accessible to a larger audience. As a part of his journey, he joined the panelist roster at Beverage Testing Institute in 2024. Felix is certified Sommelier and currently Beverage Director for the Atomic Hospitality group of concepts, where he manages some of the largest wine and spirit portfolios in the Midwest.
